TOP DANCE Shipping Policy
No Free Shipping
All TOP DANCE products are sold Exclusive of Shipping Fees. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery method and destination.
Ordering & Delivery Methods
TOP DANCE offers two fulfillment options:
1. US Warehouse Pickup
Customers may choose Warehouse Self-pickup.
After placing your order, please inform us of your planned pickup date. We will prepare the products in advance to ensure smooth collection.
Once the goods are picked up from our warehouse, the order is considered delivered and completed. Any damage, loss, or issues occurring during your self-arranged transportation will be the customer’s responsibility.
2. Warehouse Shipment
Customers may choose shipment from our warehouse.
Please note:
l The product price does not include shipping fees.
l After placing the order, you must provide the complete delivery address and contact information.
l We will calculate the shipping cost based on your location.
l The shipping fee will be added to your order separately.
Once full payment (product + shipping) is received, we will arrange shipment to your designated address as soon as possible.
Delivery is considered complete after you receive the goods and confirm receipt with photos showing the products are in good condition.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Shipping Time
Delivery time varies depending on destination, logistics method, customs clearance, and other external factors.
Estimated transit time will be confirmed after shipping method selection and freight calculation.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
l If incorrect address details result in delivery failure or loss, the customer is responsible.
l Address changes can only be made before shipment.
l Once shipped, delivery details cannot be modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect:

l Provide order number and clear photos within 7 days of receipt
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
Out of Stock Situations
If stock is unavailable in your selected warehouse, we may offer shipment from another warehouse or direct shipment from China. Our team will confirm options with you before proceeding.
Important Notice
Shipping times may be affected by customs procedures, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will assist in tracking and coordination when needed.
