Return Policy
At all times, the purchase price of the product is non-refundable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TOP DANCE, at its sole discretion, may accept returns of new and unused Products in resaleable condition, subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and all return shipping charges paid by the Purchaser.
All approved returns must be received by TOP DANCE within 30 days of the original purchase date. If TOP DANCE determines that the returned product has been used, installed, or is not in resaleable condition, no refund will be issued.
1. No Returns Without Valid Reason
We do not accept returns without justified cause. After receiving and using the goods, returns or exchanges based on reasons such as “the effect is not what I want” or “the performance is not satisfactory” will not be accepted.
2. No Refund for Malicious Rejection
Refund requests for maliciously rejected shipments will not be accepted. If goods are directly refused without reasonable cause during delivery, no refund will be issued.
As international logistics costs are often higher than the product value and returned goods may require local destruction, such rejection causes serious losses to TOP DANCE. Therefore, refund applications under these circumstances will not be approved.
3. Logistics Responsibility
Shipping is handled by third-party international logistics providers. Delivery time and service quality are not under the control of TOP DANCE.
We will assist customers in coordinating with logistics providers; however, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the logistics company. Since no compensation is provided to us by the carrier, we cannot provide compensation to customers.
Customers are encouraged to cooperate with their local logistics provider for shipment tracking.
4. Delivery Time Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Estimated arrival times are based on historical data and may vary due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If delivery delays occur, full refunds will not be accepted. However, unopened goods may be returned after communication with our service team, subject to deduction of return shipping costs from the total amount paid.
5. Product Damage or Failure
If the machine is damaged or malfunctioning, please contact our customer service immediately and provide:
l Order number
l Clear photos or video showing the issue
We will initiate after-sales service and provide repair support. During the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
Pre-Purchase Responsibility
Please review product specifications carefully before purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before placing your order. Customer service guidance is provided for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for refund claims.
Important Notice
TOP DANCE is not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing address information provided by the customer.
If reshipment is required, additional shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery.
